Sue Agee
As an ICU nurse, Sue was always drawn to the positive overlap of Eastern Philosophy and Western Medicine. The ability of the mind to assist with deep healing and the benefits of the movement practice of yoga led her to explore and study the effects of concentration and mindfulness. She has taught yoga and meditation for 20 years and enjoys helping others discover the richness inherent in really living a daily yoga practice.
Practicing Vishoka Meditation helps me connect to life as I gently remember Jyoti (Inner Luminescence.) I am able to apply Santosha (Contentment) as I interact with the world and share these beautiful teachings with others.
